Our Services

Keypoint Contracting provides general contracting services, including building and renovation work, repairs and maintenance, site preparation, and project coordination. The scope of work, materials, price, and timeline for each job are set out in a written quote or contract agreed with the client.

Enquiries and Quotes

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding contract. A job begins once a written quote or contract has been accepted by the client. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, and prices may change after that.

Fees and Payment

All prices are in AUD and as set out in the agreed quote or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, as set out in the written quote or contract. Payment is due in line with the agreed schedule, and payment is handled by our payment providers.

Variations

Any change to the agreed scope of work must be agreed in writing before it is carried out. Variations may change the price and the completion date.

Site Access and Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide safe and timely access to the site, accurate information about the property and the work required, and to obtain any owner consents needed. Unless the quote states otherwise, permits and approvals are arranged as agreed in the contract, and delays outside our control may affect the schedule.

Licensing, Insurance and Safety

Work is carried out in accordance with the licensing, safety, and building requirements that apply in New South Wales. Ask us if you would like to confirm licence or insurance details for your specific job before work begins.

Workmanship and Defects

We stand behind our workmanship. If you identify a defect, notify us in writing promptly so we can inspect and rectify it. Nothing in these terms limits statutory warranties that apply to building work, or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, deposits, and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Business Hours

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST, and we aim to respond within 1 business day.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by Keypoint Contracting or its licensors. Plans, drawings, and documents we prepare remain our property until payment is made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keypoint Contracting shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
